As a UX Researcher, I plan and conduct usability testing, user interviews, heuristic reviews, competitive benchmark analyses, and information architecture studies. Depending on the product and research objectives, I use methods such as Tree Testing, Card Sorting, and Cloze Testing to evaluate and optimize navigation structures and user flows. I identify research needs, select appropriate research methods, develop research scenarios, and design end-to-end research studies.
For research projects conducted with external research agencies, I lead the development of research strategies and research design. I also review participant profiles, research scenarios, analysis approaches, and final reports to ensure methodological quality and alignment with business objectives.
I work closely with design teams, product teams, and business stakeholders to communicate research findings and facilitate workshops that help translate insights into actionable design decisions. Beyond delivering insights, I closely follow the implementation of research-driven improvements, ensuring they are carried through design and development until they reach end users.
To support redesign initiatives and new product development, I develop wireframes ranging from low to high fidelity. These wireframes help translate research findings into design concepts and provide a clear starting point for the UX/UI design team to develop the final user interface.

ISTANBUL, TURKEY
I worked on an international UX research project for Vodafone Türkiye focused on understanding the Super App ecosystem. The project aimed to generate insights that would support Vodafone's future product development initiatives.
As part of my role, I conducted a comprehensive literature review, analyzing over 30 academic papers to extract relevant insights. Together with the research team, we conducted competitive benchmark analyses of Super Apps such as WeChat, Alipay, GoJek, Grab, and Maximum Mobil. Since many Super Apps make their full feature sets available only within the countries where they operate, we conducted user interviews with local participants and evaluated the user experience by exploring the applications on participants' own devices.
The user interviews were conducted in English, and I served as the note-taker throughout every session. While taking detailed notes, I also suggested additional research questions to the moderator in real time. When parts of the applications remained in their local languages, I provided real-time translation and contextual interpretation to support the moderation process.
I also worked on analyzing the research findings, preparing the final report and presentation for Vodafone Türkiye. The insights generated through this project were later used as a reference in the development of Vodafone's current mobile application.

I worked on a research project for Turkcell, one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Turkey. In the usability tests and user interviews for Turkcell's Digital Operator app, I worked as a note-taker and moderator.

With the help of the Erasmus+ project, I worked in a restoration and design studio as a 3D designer. I made detailed 3D models of relief pieces from historical sites in scale to recreate them with CNC. Here's a little vlog from our last project in Alhambra Palace.

I volunteered in a health organization called Gönüllüler, and participated on their 11th visit to a rural city Tessaoua in Niger.
I worked in the operating room for 2 exhaustingly amazing weeks and observed the surgeries as a Medical student while preparing the patients and the surgery room.

Living in the earthquake zone, I took it as a responsibility to be active in search and rescue. Turk Telekom has teams of volunteered employees around Turkey and I was in the Istanbul team.
Although I took charge of the communication unit, I received training for every role that may be required in an emergency.
