Asking good questions and defining the problem were the first skills I needed to excel while studying Medicine.
As a designer, this curiosity brings me joy to work on projects. As a UX Researcher, that is my favorite thing about my job.

My main role as a researcher is to evaluate our multiple web and mobile products by writing Expert Reviews or Competitive Benchmark Analysis to kick off the redesign process. I rearrange Information Architecture and as a UX Designer, I draw low to high-fidelity wireframes to later work on them with UI designers. I'm also responsible for planning out our year-long user research and I work together with an outside research team to conduct them. After every research project, I gather my colleagues from different teams and lead the research findings to real actions.

I worked on a classified research project for Vodafone Turkey and helped with the literature and competitor reviews. In the international user interviews for different competitor's mobile products, I worked as a note-taker and later wrote UX expert reviews about the apps.

I worked on a research project for Turkcell, one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Turkey. In the usability tests and user interviews for Turkcell's Digital Operator app, I worked as a note-taker and moderator.

With the help of the Erasmus+ project, I worked in a restoration and design studio as a 3D designer. I made detailed 3D models of relief pieces from historical sites in scale to recreate them with CNC. Here's a little vlog from our last project in Alhambra Palace.

Vestel is one of the biggest companies in Turkey that specializes in consumer electronics and home appliances. I worked in the R&D department with designers and engineers together.
I worked on 3D models of TV stands, UX/UI for Venus Smartphone, and packaging design. As a final project, I designed Star Wars-themed Venus Giftbox.

I volunteered in a health organization called Gönüllüler on their 11th visit to the rural city Tessaoua in Niger.
I worked in the operating room for 2 exhaustingly amazing weeks and observed the surgeries as a Medical student while preparing the patients and the surgery room.

I participated in ceremonies as a Turkish representative for 2 years and established intercultural relations with Japanese spiritual leaders in Nagasaki. After my visits, I started learning Japanese!
TÜRK TELEKOM SEARCH & RESCUE TEAM - TTAKE
NOVEMBER 2021 - 2023
Living in the earthquake zone, I took it as a responsibility to be active in search and rescue. Turk Telekom has teams of volunteered employees around Turkey and I was in the Istanbul team.
Although I took charge of the communication unit, I received training for every role that may be required in an emergency.
